1. Who we are
x-teller.com is run by XTELLER Co., Ltd. ("XTELLER", "we"), registered at 135/8 Room 1E, 1st Floor, Pan Road, Silom, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500, company registration no. 0105569141617. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. "You" means anyone who visits the site, sends the form, or contacts us.
For anything about your personal data, write to info@x-teller.com.
2. What we collect, and why
The contact form. When you send the "Let's talk" form we receive your name, email, phone number, company name, website, the budget range you ticked, your message and the time you sent it. We use it to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and follow up with you. We do not add you to a marketing list.
Phone, email and LINE. If you call, email or message our LINE Official Account, the conversation sits in that provider's system (LINE, Google) under their own policies. We see only what you send us.
Cookies and statistics. The site itself sets no tracking cookies. Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tags run only after you accept them in the cookie banner. They tell us which pages people read, which search or ad brought them here, and whether they reached the form. If you do not accept, no Google script loads at all.
3. Legal basis
For the contact form we rely on taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and on our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us (Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562, section 24). Analytics and advertising cookies rely on your consent (section 19). You can withdraw it at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer; withdrawing is as easy as accepting.
4. Who receives your data
- Google Workspace: the form writes a row to our leads sheet and emails the team. Statistics stay with Google Analytics and Google Ads under Google's policies.
- Supabase: a database the team uses to track enquiries.
- Hosting: the site runs on Vercel, which processes standard server logs.
None of these providers lets us keep data in Thailand, so your data is sent to and stored on their servers abroad. We transfer it abroad because this is needed to act on your request before any contract (PDPA section 28). We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to anyone beyond the providers above.
5. How long we keep it
Contact-form data: 24 months after our last contact with you. Google Analytics data retention is set to 14 months. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.
6. Cookies

Under sections 30 to 36 of the PDPA you can ask us to:
- show you the data we hold and give you a copy;
- correct it, delete it, or restrict how we use it;
- object to a use, or move the data to another provider;

Send the request to info@x-teller.com. We answer within 30 days. If you believe we have broken the law, you can complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
8. Children
